11th International Festival of Illumination & Miniature opens in Tlemcen

TLEMCEN (Algeria)- The 11th International Cultural Festival of Illumination and Miniature Kicked off Thursday at Abdelkrim Dali Palace of Culture, in Tlemcen (540-km west of Algiers), in the presence of local officials and a large audience.
