Algeria at Expo 2020 Dubai

ALGIERS- The Exhibition "Expo 2020" opened Friday, in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), with the participation of Algeria which sheds light, through its pavilion, on the depth of its civilization and its future ambitions.

Algeria's participation in this event, to be held until March 2022, is the most important in the history of its participation in such universal exhibitions.

Designed according to the style of the old Casbah of Algiers, Algeria's pavilion will be a gate to the culture, history and development of Algeria.

The opening ceremony of Expo 2020 Dubai took place Thursday evening with the participation of 192 countries.

This event is organized under the theme "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future," with the choice of three sub-themes, namely, opportunity, mobility and durability.
