Oran: 80 operators at International Exhibition for Real Estate and Housing

ORAN-Eighty (80) operators are expected to participate in the 7th International Exhibition for Real Estate, Housing and Smart Houses and the 8th Exhibition for Furnishings and Decor, which will take place on 23-27 November at Oran Convention Center (CCO) "Mohamed Benahmed", the events curator told APS.

Organized by the "App Concept Design" Communication Agency, the two exhibitions will host national exhibitors and foreign companies engaged in partnerships with Algerian companies from various countries including Turkey, China, Spain, Syria and others, said Akram Sidi Yekhlef.

The two economic events will be an opportunity to present the news of the sector and promote partnership in the field of real estate and decor while offering the public real estate solutions to meet its needs according to their income by real estate developers, architectural firms, professionals in furniture, hospitality and decoration.

Housing projects with a modern touch, such as ecological housing equipped with intelligent technologies such as electricity-saving, communication systems used in buildings will be exhibited.

The Real Estate, Housing and Smart Homes Exhibition will also bring together industry professionals, real estate developers, craftsmen, implementation companies, financial institutions, insurance companies and others.

Meanwhile, the Furnishings and Decor Exhibition will also host startups specializing in the field.

The agendas of the two fairs include conferences for professionals in the sector.
