Lamamra in Addis Ababa to attend Ordinary Session of AU Executive Council

ALGIERS- Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra arrived Tuesday in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) to participate in the work of the 40th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union (AU), bringing together the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member countries, said the ministry in a statement.

"This meeting, which will be held at the AU headquarters on 2 and 3 February, will be devoted to the examination of a series of issues relating to bilateral cooperation between African countries to address the various security and political challenges imposed by the situation, in addition to the impact of the pandemic of covid-19 on the economic and health situation," said the source.
