Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX 2021): Saïd Chanegriha attends opening ceremony

ALGIERS- Lieutenant General, Saïd Chanegriha, Chief of Satff of the People's National Army (ANP), attended Monday in Egypt, the official opening ceremony of the 2nd Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX 2021) where he discussed, with his Egyptian counterpart, the situation in north Africa and the Sahel-Sahara region, said the National Defence Ministry in a communiqué.

On the second day of his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Lieutenant General, Said Chanegriha, Chieff of Staff of the People's National Army (ANP), attended the official opening ceremony of the 2nd Defence Expo (EDEX 2021), chaired by President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdelfattah El Sissi," said the same source.

"After the opening ceremony, the Lieutenant General, accompanied by his delegation, inquired about the different weapons and weapon systems, and received thorough explanations before attending presentations by representatives of production companies," according to the same source.

Furthermore, the Lieutenant General "received Lieutenant General, Egyptian Army Officer Oussama Askar, to whom he extended greetings and wishes of success from the ANP staff, added the source."
