Libya: Boukadoum calls for "operational, practical" solution

ALGIERS- Head of the Algerian diplomacy, Sabri Boukadoum, called Wednesday before the Security Council for an "operational and practical" solution based on a ceasefire, the free will of the Libyans and international legality.
