ALGIERS- The 15th Algiers International Contest of Noble Qur'an Recitation, Psalmody and Exegesis will kick off Tuesday at Algiers Exhibition Centre with the participation of 53 countries, said the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs, which will supervise the contest.
