Nuclear testing in Algeria: France must "apologize" for all its "colonial crimes"

ALGIERS – The compensation to the Algerian victims of French nuclear testing cannot be made in the absence of "apologies" from France for all of its "colonial crimes," said Dr Ammar Mansouri, researcher in nuclear engineering, stressing the "moral and legal responsibility" of the colonial power before international humanitarian law.
