Software development: 1st national competition for benefit of people with special needs

ALGIERS- The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications announced Tuesday the launch of the 1st National Competition for the Development of Software and Applications for Smart Phones for the benefit of people with special needs, the ministry said in a statement.
