Africa track cycling championships (1st day): Algeria wins four medals

CAIRO (Egypt)- Algerian cyclists won four medals (2 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze) on the first day of the Africa track cycling championships 2021 taking place in Cairo, Egypt.
