ALGIERS-The Algerian national soccer team will start the CAN-2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers with Uganda in June (first round), according to the schedule published Wednesday by the Algerian Federation (FAF) on its official website.
The "Greens" will then move to Dar Es Salaam to face Tanzania (second round), said the same source. The first two rounds of the qualifiers take place on May 30-June 14.
The teammates of Captain Riyad Mahrez will resume the qualifiers in September (17-29 September) with a game against Niger.
