Emir of Qatar congratulates The Greens on winning FIFA Arab Cup 2021

DOHA-The Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani congratulated the Algerian success team on clinching the FIFA-2021 Arab Cup against Tunisia (2-0 in extra time) on Saturday night at Al-Bayt Stadium in Doha.

"I congratulate the Algerian team on their well-deserved victory in the Arab Cup 2021. The competition was outstanding and reflected the developed level of Arab soccer and we look forward to meeting you next year at the 2022 World Cup," Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani wrote on his Twitter account.

"I also congratulate our national team after they beat today Egypt. I congratulate them on their ranking (3rd place) and their great performance in the FIFA Arab Cup 2021. I wish them good luck for the future event," tweeted Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the President of the International Federation of Association Football the International Federation of Football (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, had handed the trophy of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 to the captain of the Algerian national team, Rais Ouahab M'Bolhi.
