Occupied BOUJDOUR- An American delegation of the initiative "Just Visit Western Sahara" was arrested Monday by the Moroccan occupation authorities at the airport of occupied al-Ayun, in Western Sahara, as it was going to visit the family of the human rights activist Sultana Khaya in occupied Boujdour, said the delegation.
The American human rights delegation comprises Adrienne Kinne, former president of Veterans for Peace, Wynd Kaufmyn, professor in a community college and Laksana Peters, a retired teacher.
The Moroccan authorities were unable to give valid justification after they refused the access of these American visitors to Western Sahara.
The American delegation was supposed to meet Tim Pluta and Ruth McDonough who are staying with the sisters Khaya since 15 March.
Despite the presence of these American activists, the occupation forces continue the forced isolation against the family of Sultana Khaya as well as threats against all those who want to go to Khaya's home or try to support this family.
