Coronavirus: 135 new cases, 79 recoveries and 08 deaths over last 24 hours

ALGIERS-A total of 135 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 79 recoveries and 08 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Wednesday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.

The number of confirmed cases has hit 208,380 and that of deaths has reached 6,005 while 142,936 patients have recovered, said the source.

Besides, 20 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

In addition, 26 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 18 have recorded from 1 to 9 cases. Four (04) provinces recorded more than 10 cases.
