Coronavirus: 144 new cases, 98 recoveries and 03 deaths over last 24 hours

ALGIERS-A total of 144 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 98 recoveries and 03 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Saturday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.

The number of confirmed cases has hit 208,839 and that of deaths has reached 6,017 while 143,223 patients have recovered, said the source.

Besides, 24 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

In addition, 24 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 20 have recorded from 1 to 9 cases. Four (04) provinces recorded more than 10 cases.
