Coronavirus: 166 new cases, 145 recoveries and 15 deaths

ALGIERS-A total of 166 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 145 recoveries and 15 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Monday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.

The number of confirmed cases hit 201,766 and that of deaths reached 5,709 while 138,077 patients recovered, said the source.

Besides, 22 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

In addition, 26 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 19 others recorded from 1 to 9 cases. Three (3) provinces recorded more than 10 cases.
