Coronavirus: 172 new cases, 131 recoveries and 06 deaths over last 24 hours

ALGIERS-A total of 172 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 131 recoveries and 06 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Sunday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.

The number of confirmed cases has hit 210,152 and that of deaths has reached 6,068 while 144,160 patients have recovered, said the source.

Besides, 20 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

In addition, 30 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 12 have recorded from 1 to 9 cases. Six (06) provinces recorded more than 10 cases.[/ecr]
