Coronavirus: 18 new cases, 23 recoveries and 01 death reported over last 24 hours

ALGIERS-Eighteen (18) new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 23 recoveries and 01 death have been recorded over the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Wednesday the Ministry of Health in a communiqué.
The number of confirmed cases has hit 265496 and that of deaths has reached 6869 while 178,117 patients have recovered, said the source.
Besides, 07 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.
In addition, 37 provinces have not reported any cases during the last 24 hours while 11 have recorded from 1 to 9 cases.
