Coronavirus: 335 new cases, 219 recoveries and 8 deaths in last 24 hours

ALGIERS-335 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), 219 recoveries, and 8 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, said Tuesday the Ministry of Health in a statement.

The total number of confirmed cases reached 217,265, the number of deaths totaled 6,254, while the number of patients who have recovered rose to 149,413. 6,254 cases, said the source.

In addition, 27 patients are currently under intensive care, added the same source.

Moreover, 24 provinces haven't recorded any cases during the last 24 hours, 16 others recorded from 1 to 9 cases, while 8 provinces reported more than 10 cases, concluded the source.
