Coronavirus: 378 new cases, 496 recoveries and 6 deaths

ALGIERS- 378 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), 496 recoveries, and 6 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, the Ministry of Health said Sunday in a statement.

The total number of confirmed cases reached 257976, the number of deaths increased to 6646, while the number of patients who have recovered rose to 171541 cases, the source said.

Moreover, 27 patients are currently under intensive care, the same source added.

In addition, 22 provinces haven't recorded any cases during the last 24 hours, 14 others recorded from 1 to 9 cases, while 12 provinces reported 10 cases, concluded the source.
