Coronavirus: 86 new cases, 74 recoveries and 3 deaths

ALGIERS- Eighty-six (86) new confirmed cases of Coronavirus (Covid-19), 74 recoveries and 3 deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours in Algeria, the Ministry of Health, Population and the Hospital Reform in a press release.

The total number of confirmed cases of Coronavirus thus amounts to 116,836 including 86 new cases during the last 24 hours. That of deaths reached 3,080 cases, while the number of patients who recovered rose to 91,267 cases.

In addition, 19 patients are currently in intensive care units, the statement added.

In addition, 28 provinces have not recorded any cases during the last 24 hours, 18 others have recorded 1 to 9 cases, while 2 provinces have known more than 10 cases, the same source said.
