Coronavirus: Algeria reports 305 new cases, 218 recoveries and 8 deaths

ALGIERS-A total of 305 new confirmed Covid-19 cases, 218 recoveries and 8 deaths were recorded in the last 24 hours in Algeria, announced Tuesday the Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform.

The number of confirmed cases hit 129,318 and that of deaths reached 3,480 while 90,057 patients recovered, said the source.

However, 23 patients are currently under intensive care, said the source.

A total of 17 provinces haven't recorded any cases in the last 24 hours, 19 others recorded between 1 and 9 cases while 12 provinces recorded more than 10 cases, according to the source.
