Coronavirus: No new cases, no deaths in last 24 hours

ALGIERS- Algeria has recorded no new confirmed cases of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and no deaths over the last 24 hours, the ministry of Health said Wednesday in a statement.

The number of confirmed cases remains unchanged (265,782) as well as the number of deaths (6875) and recovered patients to (178,358), the statement said.

However, one patient is under intensive care, according to the statement.

The ministry stresses the need to maintain vigilance, abide by the rules of hygiene and physical distancing and to keep wearing masks.
