ALGIERS- Algeria attaches a great interest to culture, arts and heritage as evidenced by the cultural and artistic events it hosted to achieve a cultural rapprochement between the African peoples and hence laying the bridges of fraternity and spread the values of tolerance, dialogue and rapprochement.
