Prime minister receives Libyan minister of Interior

ALGIERS- Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Aïmene Benabderrahmane received Sunday, at the Palace of Government, Libyan Minister of Interior Khaled Tijani Mazen who is on a working visit to Algeria, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.

This meeting "was an opportunity to affirm the common will to strengthen the bilateral relations, particularly the police and security fields to face the security challenges in the region and also to broach the latest developments in Libya, while affirming Algeria's position in favor of the moves aimed at ending the crisis in this brotherly country," according to the source.

The audience took place in the presence of Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning Kamel Beldjoud and director general of the National Police (DGSN) Zineddine Farid Bencheikh.
