Military plane crash in Oum El Bouaghi: President Tebboune observes minute's silence in two pilots' memory

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence observed, on Tuesday, during a visit to the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense, a minute of silence in memory of two victims of the military plane crash in Oum El Bouaghi and in memory of late mujahid (Liberation War veteran) Ahmed Gaïd Salah.

[ecr]hidden At the beginning of his address to Major General Said Chanegriha, Acting Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (ANP), commanders of the forces, heads of the Army departments, and commander of the first military region, Major General Ali Sidane, President Tebboune asked, via a videoconference, to observe a minute's silence in memory of late Ahmed Gaïd Salah."

The President of the Republic also asked to observe a minute of silence in memory of two martyred pilots who died in the crash of the military plane recorded during the night of Monday to Tuesday in Oum El Bouaghi.
