Algeria elected to Executive Committee of Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments

ALGIERS- Secretary General of the People's National Assembly Khennouf Azeddine was elected as a member of the executive committee of the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments, the Parliament's Lower House said Saturday in a statement.

The election of the secretary general of the People's National Assembly to the executive committee of the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments occurred in a meeting held Friday in Cairo, said the source.

Created in 1995, the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments which is an institution of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union comprises among its members all the secretaries general of the Arab Parliaments, added the source.
