Prime minister meets, in Washington, with Algerian community's members

WASHINGTON- Prime Minister Aimene Benabderrahmane met Tuesday evening, in Washington, with the members of the Algerian community based in the United States of America, on the sidelines of his participation in the US-Africa Summit, in his capacity as representative of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

Prime minister made, on this occasion, a short speech in which he transmitted to the community's members the greetings and encouragement of President Tebboune, urging them to contribute to the building of the new Algeria with its development programme and great achievements" and to closely note the promising start the country has made in all fields."

He underlined that the main objective of the new Algeria is to "restore the State's authority and the citizens' trust in the institutions of the State as well as foreign investors' confidence in the Algerian market."

He said that the development programme of President Tebboune enabled strengthening the consultation approach in the management of the State's affairs and promoting the role of the civil society and young people for the development of all sectors.

When speaking to the Algerian elite established abroad, Benabderrahmane said "You are the voice of the new Algeria."

The members of the Algerian community established in the United States said they are proud of the achievements made by Algeria since President Abdelmadjid Tebboune took office, affirming that the milestones achieved by Algeria were welcomed worldwide.
