Tokyo Paralympics 2020: Algeria snatches 12 medals

ALGIERS- Algerian athletes won 12 medals (4 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze) at the Tokyo Paralympic Games, which ended Sunday, finishing in 29th position out of 86 countries.

In addition to the twelve medals, the Algerian representatives had the merit to achieve two world records on a total of 67 beaten in Tokyo, two records of the Games and four records of Africa, in addition to personal performances.
